Who we are
Cherry Automate is a marketing automation service operated by Kameron Cherry, based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We build text message and automation systems for local businesses. You can reach us at:

What information we collect
When you fill out our client intake form or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name and the name of your business
- Your email address and phone number
- Your business address and website
- Your business tax ID (EIN) — used only for required SMS carrier registration
- Information about your business services and goals
- Payment method preferences (we never store actual payment details)
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Set up and configure your marketing automation system
- Register your business phone number with US SMS carriers (A2P 10DLC registration)
- Communicate with you about your account and services
- Send you invoices and manage billing
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance
We do not use your information for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information:
- We store sensitive business information securely and limit access to authorized personnel only
- We never store passwords — we use contributor/editor invites for website access
- We use industry-standard tools (GoHighLevel, Netlify) that maintain their own security standards
- We never transmit sensitive information like EINs via unencrypted channels
Information we never collect or share
- We never collect credit card numbers or banking details
- We never sell your information to advertisers or data brokers
- We never share your information with third parties except as required to deliver our services (e.g. GoHighLevel for CRM, SMS carriers for registration)
- We never access your website beyond what is needed to install the required chat widget code
Your client's information
As part of our services, we help you manage your clients' contact information within your GoHighLevel CRM. We treat your clients' data with the same care as your own:
- We only use client contact data to run the automations you have approved
- We never contact your clients directly for any reason
- We never share your clients' information with any third party
- All client data belongs to you and is stored in your GoHighLevel sub-account
Data retention
We retain your business information for as long as you are a client. If you cancel services, we will delete your sensitive business information (EIN, etc.) within 30 days upon request. Your GoHighLevel sub-account data remains in your control and can be exported or deleted at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you
- Request correction of any inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Withdraw consent for any data processing at any time
